- Which membership categories may be joined via Website
- Which members must renew into the same membership category and which may renew into a new membership category via Website
- Which CRM fields may be updated via Website
- Membership Department to use netFORUM iWeb to generate reports regarding members who joined or renewed via Website

The organizations online event registration processes is successfully translated from the current format to one that better reflects the organization’s objectives to streamline and make registering for events more intuitive to its constituency.
The following capabilities were implemented:
- Simplify the event registration and corresponding options so as to eliminate confusing choices and potential error for larger and more complex event types;
- Better displays of event information (e.g. session information by new window or hover tip display) ;
- Capturing of guest registrants, particularly when the additional registration triggers a registration fee reduction;
CorePartners has implemented a «wizard-like» process to lead the user through the steps to a successful event registration. In the case of MAIA, following login by the user, the process starts with the appropriate event registration options (e.g. Full Event, One-Day Only, etc.). netFORUM is natively designed to present the proper fee choices based on the authentication of the user (e.g. member/non-member) as they relate to the user’s profile. If certain fee options are available to members only, the initial form would mask those options from non-member registrants, to eliminate the potential for selection errors on fee types. The wizard follows a series of subsequent steps, with the decisions presented to reflect corresponding options.

The individual registration workflow was revised, allow individuals to easily register a guest or spouse, and implement group registration functionality. Additionally, new visitors are allowed to the site to create a relationship between the new visitor’s individual record and the individual’s company record, if the company exists in the database.
Three registration processes were incorporated: individual registration, individual registration with spouse or guest (s) and group registration, which may or may not include the person entering the registrations.
The following capabilities were implemented:
- An individual does not need to select the event again after logging in or creating an account
- «Verify Status» process is used to log in an individual to the conference website, without the individual providing a password
- During the «Verify Status» process, show all results that match the email address, and allow the individual to select a record to continue
- Allow individuals to create a relationship to their company if it exists in the netFORUM database
- Allow individuals to skip creating a relationship to their company
- Not allow individuals to create a new organization in the netFORUM database
- Allow the registrant to choose «Register myself,» «Register myself and a spouse or guests,» or «Register for a coworker or group of coworkers from my company»

netFORUM baseline registration process was improved, which allow varying required information for a new user account, add registration type to the guest registration process, making event and session fee selection more intuitive.
Users are prevented to accomplish what they believe is a guest registration by registering them twice and changing the badge name. Previously the system created a second invoice instead of combing the two (or more) registrations on the same invoice
Before customization multiple fees were presented, which is confusing, and in the case where only one is presented, the user usually did not realize they need to select it until they get an error message by clicking on register button to proceed that a fee must be selected.
The implemented solution has improved the current situation, which supposes that there exists unsuitable a new user registration process, new visitor registration and complicate event and session fee selection.

Processing CEU renewal applications required extensive data entry and manual processing. The ICC CEU Automation project is alleviated much of the manual data entry, provide customers with a self-service alternative to the paper application, and significantly reduce the application processing time.
Certification renewal applications took an average of 30 days from the date the application is received through the date the credentials are mailed. Since there was no communication with the Certificant during that time period, customer care received many calls asking «did you receive my application.» These calls reduced the time available to process the applications.
The solution allows the certificant to apply for certification renewal using a self-service system.
The system prompts the certificant for all of the certification renewal requirements and provides a confirmation to the certificant when all requirements are met.
The solution also allows ICC to change wording presented to the certificant as necessary, specify what each certification renewal requires, and specify what certifications can be renewed via the self-service system.
The solution also allows ICC staff to view and query completed renewal applications, add or edit existing certifications and certification requirements, view the system the way that the certificant interacts with it.
The solution is able to allow any future certification types to be part of the self-service system without a developer adding the new certification types.

The Outlook 2007 Integration enables you to use Microsoft Outlook:
- On your own computer
- Search for e-mail addresses from netFORUM
- Log Correspondence in netFORUM.
If a recipient replies to your Outlook e-mail address, you can press a button to log that response in the correspondence child form on their Individual Profile.
The Outlook 2007 Add-in adds a toolbar to the application, which gives you the ability to add and track e-mails from the netFORUM database to Outlook e-mails and log e-mails to the netFORUM database.
